UK Moneyman started in 2009 with Malcolm Davidson offering mortgage advice by car, meeting customers in a way that made the process feel easier and more personal.
Since then, the business has grown, though that same approach still shapes how we work today.
We want customers to understand their options clearly, without the mortgage process feeling more complicated than it needs to be.
Today, our mortgage advisors help home buyers and homeowners across England, Scotland and Wales with a variety of different journeys.
This includes buying a first home, remortgaging, buy-to-let portfolios, releasing equity through a lifetime mortgage, and looking at relevant protection insurance.
We also work with customers whose circumstances need a more specialist approach, including adverse credit, less straightforward income, or borrowing needs that do not fit neatly into a standard high street lender box.
We are proud to have an award-winning team*, with thousands of reviews across the business and mortgage advisors who continue to put clear, personal advice at the centre of what we do.
*Dan Osman, Head of Age 50+ Mortgages, was named Winner, Broker: Later Life Lending at The British Mortgage Awards 2026.
